G.I.A. Ministries was founded in April 2007 by C.E.O. Henri’ Risher. At the age of 22 Henri’ has achieved success as a professional sound engineer, musician and husband to the beautiful Ashley Risher. Graduating from Full Sail Real World Education in Winter Park, FL with an Associates in Recording Arts and a Bachelors in Entertainment Business and Law. This young man is full of potential and purpose. Henri’ was born and raised in Lakeland, FL where he attended Pilgrim Rest Free Will Baptist Church as the youth musician for nine years. Henri’ is presently ministering through music in Lakeland at Pilgrim Rest F.W.B.C. and in Bartow at Mt. Olive F.W.B.C. Henri’ is currently a member of Pilgrim Rest and is studying ministry under the leadership of Bishop H.J. Rodman. Henri’ has goals and dreams of starting a gospel Recording label that will open the doors for many under rated artists Throughout the U.S. As well as, promoting and hosting diverse Christian events to make new disciples.

“Growing up in Lakeland there weren’t many opportunities to take my music to the next level in Gospel, so I did what was popular and what seemed to be a better career move for myself. In the process of exploring my new opportunities I neglected to realize I was no longer dedicated to the church or the studies of the gospel. My focus became on the almighty dollar and I didn’t care who my music represented, and at that time my music was representing the devil and unclean individuals. After five years of struggling with the flesh I finally came into the true knowledge of Christ and what he stood for. So, my wife and I joined a local church while I was away at Full Sail, St. Peter Free Will Baptist Church, under the leadership of Bishop E.T. Brown. While at St Peter I began to pick up where I left off as a young teen, as far as learning about Christ and building a relationship with him.”

Henri’ and Ashley finished their studies in Orlando, FL and relocated to Lakeland, FL where they reside today. After being back in Lakeland for lest than one month, Henri’ and Ashley started what is now G.I.A. Ministries.
